As a member of the Experience Design team at PixelMEDIA, I was responsible for evaluating, editing, and creating content for enterprise-level B2B, B2C, and education websites. I developed digital marketing campaigns and work with our User Research, Information Architecture, SEO, and Development teams to define content models, content management systems, metadata, and navigation systems. I wrote and edited scripts for webinars, narration for video and interactive media, brand and editorial guidelines, and training manuals for CMS authors.
As the company’s sole Content Strategist, I led strategic workshops and maintained direct interaction with stakeholders throughout the course of each project. At the same time, I was a pivotal point of contact for internal teams to ensure that client expectations were understood and that project goals were achieved. I also worked closely with our Sales and Account Management team to assess business opportunities and draft responses to requests for proposals.
